i stayed in a superior double room. the room had excellent domotics. the shower had perfect water pressure. the design throughout the hotel displayed an very nice sense of quiet LUXURY.

i found some of the staff to be a bit rude.

I found the location quiet, a good starting point for nice walks. The facilities focus on health and wellbeing. I enjoyed a relaxing time using the pool, sauna and gym. The room was very clean. I appreciated the dark blinds, showers, and lighting effects.

Access to the spa requires prebooking. Slots were not always available. The electric charger seemed overpriced with a very unfair tariff. Hopefully, this will be addressed soon.

The hotel sits in a high part of the city, away from the center. It is a 10-minute drive and very leafy and calm. The area also has some hospitals nearby. This was not an issue.

the check-in was supposed to be at 15:00 but i was told my room was not ready until 16:00. i waited at the pool the ac never cooled below 23°c even when set to 18°c.

The front desk staff quickly upgraded our room because of a slight cigarette smell in the original. Breakfast had plentiful options and fresh fruit juices. I found it very enjoyable. The hotel offers free parking right on the quiet street. I really appreciated the staff and their quick resolutions.

The pool was overrun with children. There was no pool service available despite an attendant being present.
